In my life working in Healtcare, I have observed how poorly designed systems hindered the productivity of staff and citizens. I often found myself using creative solutions to save time and resources. My interest in Healtcare, was fueled by a desire to understand and connect with people from different backgrounds. Through user-centered design, I am able to do just that.

Understanding the human experience is essential to creating useful and effective products. I like to use my skills to empower people to achieve their goals. I create digital experiences that make life easier.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, watching plot-twist movies, and being helpful to my community (I was a scout leader for many years and am now vice chair of the local preschool management committee).
