In this project, the professor asked to perform a contextual inquiry on human-computer interaction’s system.
Our group chose the automatic lending system present in the libraries of Rovereto and Trento. The survey was conducted through a first phase of observation of users and the place where the interaction takes place, a phase of dialogue with all the stakeholders involved and a final round of revision and re-design of the system.
